Ordering, lead times, samples, terms and documentation — answered. Anything else, our team replies quickly.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We work from single-pack trial orders up to full container programmes. Project and volume pricing scale with quantity — tell us your volumes and we will quote accordingly.

How fast is delivery?

We supply our customers within five working days. Three warehouses hold more than 100,000 m² of flooring in stock, so what you order is on a pallet, not on a waiting list.

How does the sample service work?

Request samples through our samples page and we deliver them to your showroom, studio or site — so decisions are made on real boards.

On what terms do you deliver?

Trade customers receive delivered quotes in EUR as standard — no import duties, no currency exposure, no customs paperwork on your side. Other arrangements are possible by agreement.

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms are agreed per trade account and typically develop with the trading relationship. Talk to our team about what fits your business.

Which documentation can you provide?

Technical data sheets, declarations of performance, FSC chain-of-custody certification, Fraunhofer test documentation and EUDR-relevant supply-chain information — on request for trade customers.

Do you offer private-label or OEM production?

Yes — distributors can build their own line on our production base: your brand, your grade mix, your packaging. Contact us to discuss minimums and lead times.

Are your floors suitable for underfloor heating?

Our engineered constructions are suitable for water-based underfloor heating within the usual limits (surface temperature below ~27–28 °C). Check your build-up with our free suitability tool, and always follow the product's technical data sheet.
